The Device

One board. Four probes.

A single open-firmware mainboard reads pH, TDS, turbidity and temperature — every 60 seconds, in lakes, ponds, wells and treatment systems. ORP, chlorine and conductivity ride the RS485 bus as optional probes.

The unit keeps every reading on its own storage first, so a dropped connection loses nothing. When the link is back, the backlog follows in order.

The probes read.

Four channels sampled every 60 seconds. Raw analog from the probes, converted on-board and stored before anything is transmitted.

Stored on the unit first, then sent to BlueSignal Cloud over the site’s Wi-Fi. A 915 MHz radio is on the board for sites without a connection; that network path ships when it is live, not before.
