• All payments are made through Upwork
• Jobs are paid via fixed-price milestones
• Referral rewards are paid via bonus milestones
• Hardware installs have standardized rates
• Deck and solar cleaning jobs have predictable payouts

8. Referral Rewards (Optional Program) 🎉

$25 per deck cleaning referral
$20 per solar cleaning referral
5% of hardware sale + installation revenue

Referral payouts are only valid after customer payment clears.
