4. How Referrals Work 🔗
Referral Payouts
• $25 per deck cleaning referral
• $20 per solar cleaning referral
• 5% of any hardware sale + installation revenue
When You Get Paid
• After the job is completed
• After the customer pays
• Bonuses processed through Upwork
5. How to Submit a Referral 📲
Use any of the following methods:
Option A — Send contact info to BlueSignal
Send the customer’s:
• Name
• Phone
• Address
• Type of service they want
This must be done before BlueSignal quotes them.
Option B — Use your referral link (coming soon)
Each rep will receive a unique URL once the app/CRM is live.
Option C — Submit via the Sales Form (if enabled)

6. What Makes a Valid Referral ✔️
A referral is valid when:
• The customer is new to BlueSignal
• You submitted them before we quoted or contacted them
• The job is completed
• The customer has paid
If the customer mentions your name, your commission triggers automatically.
